Our Executive Chef & Baker, Dana Barlow, is a personal chef and caterer with over 20 years of restaurant experience. He is passionate about creating dishes, desserts & drinks that will bring a smile to your face!

As a pre-teen, Dana was introduced to cooking when his Grandmother and inspiration, Mrs. Anna Cardwell, laid the foundation of his culinary career. She was his first instructor, and instilled in him values that are still prevalent in his kitchen philosophy to this day. In addition to his actual kitchen experience, Chef Dana has been classically trained in the Culinary Arts at The California Culinary Institute, Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, and Johnson & Wales.

He has recently relocated to the Atlanta Metro Area and is now ready to bring his culinary talents to you! Here, he will continue to prepare gourmet and comfort foods with his own twist, providing delight for Foodies and those simply seeking a great meal. Chef Dana, aka 'Philly', will dedicate this business and his success to the loving memory of his daughter, Zanobia. Thank you, and ENJOY!
